iSqueeze and Smoodi Introduce Self-Service Smoothie Machines in the UK

iSqueeze, a provider of fresh juice machines, has teamed up with US-based smoothie technology company Smoodi to introduce the first self-service smoothie stations in the UK. This new venture targets the food-to-go market, offering an automated solution that allows customers to create their smoothies by selecting from a variety of flavors.

The self-service machines from iSqueeze and Smoodi are designed to be user-friendly. Customers are provided with a 400ml cup to place in the machine, which then proceeds to blend frozen fruit with cold water, dispensing the freshly made smoothie within seconds. The available flavors include Strawberry & Banana, Tropical, Green Matcha, Mango Lassi, Very Berry, and Choco Boost.

Each smoothie is made from 100% real fruit juice, with no added sugar, catering to health-conscious consumers. iSqueeze supports retailers by supplying all necessary cups and straws and offers maintenance and aftercare services to ensure the machines run smoothly.

Elias Ebert, Managing Director of iSqueeze, stated that there is a significant market demand for freshly made smoothies that are quickly and easily accessible. The automated system not only minimizes waste and cleaning but is also cost-effective, reducing labor costs compared to traditional juice bars.

This innovation is seen as a strategic move to enhance the quality of food-to-go offerings in the UK. By providing a healthier and more convenient option, iSqueeze and Smoodi aim to empower consumers to adopt healthier habits while enabling retailers to gain a robust profit margin.
