Nutrabolt Appoints Former Hershey Executive as COO Amid Expansion

Nutrabolt, a company known for its energy drinks and sports nutrition products, has named Andrew Archambault as its new President and Chief Operating Officer. Archambault, who recently stepped down from his role as U.S. president at Hershey, will oversee Nutrabolt's commercial and operational functions, which include sales, supply chain, and international operations.

Archambault brings a wealth of experience to Nutrabolt, with over 30 years in consumer-packaged goods leadership. Prior to his role at Hershey, he was the president of Keurig Dr Pepper’s U.S. Beverage Unit. His expertise is expected to support Nutrabolt's ongoing expansion in the performance energy category and its investments in emerging brands, such as the $210 million investment in Bloom Nutrition.

According to Nutrabolt, Archambault's appointment is aimed at enhancing the company's operational discipline and commercial focus. Doss Cunningham, Nutrabolt's CEO, praised Archambault as a transformational leader with a proven track record of driving growth at scale. Cunningham stated that Archambault's experience in leading complex commercial organizations makes him well-suited to accelerate Nutrabolt's growth phase.

The connection between Nutrabolt and Keurig Dr Pepper is notable, as the latter took a 30% stake in Nutrabolt in 2022. Since then, Keurig Dr Pepper has been instrumental in expanding Nutrabolt's health and wellness portfolio. The two companies are also jointly involved with Bloom Nutrition, having a sales and distribution agreement in place.

Archambault's familiarity with the beverage industry and the brands within Nutrabolt's portfolio is seen as a significant advantage as the company aims to enhance its 'better-for-you' offerings. In a recent statement, Nutrabolt revealed it is on track to exceed $1 billion in annual revenue, emphasizing its focus on expanding market impact.
