Le Tribute Expands into Non-Alcoholic Market with Bitter Aperitivo
MG Destilerías, the company behind Le Tribute, has introduced a new product to the non-alcoholic market: the Le Tribute Non-Alcoholic Bitter Aperitivo. This marks the brand's strategic move beyond its established range of premium mixers and gin, venturing into the growing market for alcohol-free beverages.
The Le Tribute Non-Alcoholic Bitter Aperitivo is crafted to offer a sophisticated alternative for consumers seeking non-alcoholic options. It is a ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage that emulates the complexity and structure of traditional bitter aperitifs, while maintaining a 100% alcohol-free profile. The drink is noted for its balanced flavor, combining refreshing citrus notes with a clean, elegant bitterness. It is recommended to be served over ice with a slice of orange.
According to Manu Girò, CEO of MG Destilerías, this launch represents an expansion of the brand beyond mixology, catering to the growing demand for sophisticated non-alcoholic options in premium hospitality venues like rooftop bars, terraces, and hotels. The decision to introduce this product is informed by the increasing popularity of the aperitivo occasion in major markets such as the UK, Spain, Italy, and the US.
The product is available in 200ml bottles, with a recommended retail price of €2.50 (approximately US$3) per bottle. It is also offered in packs of four bottles. Distribution has been established across Europe, including countries such as Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, and the UK, in both on-trade and off-trade channels.
Industry data from IWSR highlights a 9% growth in the global no-alcohol category in 2025, with projections of a further 36% increase by 2029. This underscores the potential market opportunity for Le Tribute's new product.
