Jimmy’s Iced Coffee Introduces Vietnamese and Cookie Butter Flavours
Jimmy’s Iced Coffee has expanded its ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee lineup by introducing two new flavours: Vietnamese-inspired iced coffee and a limited-edition cookie butter variant. These new products are designed to appeal to consumers seeking more indulgent and flavourful iced coffee options, positioning the brand to enhance interest and premiumisation within the chilled coffee sector.
The Vietnamese-inspired iced coffee is crafted with whole milk to provide a richer and creamier experience, building upon the brand’s established recipe. This variant aims to offer a thicker texture while maintaining the smooth profile that Jimmy’s is known for. The cookie butter flavour combines cookie dough-like taste with a buttery finish, targeting those who prefer sweeter RTD coffee options.
According to Jimmy’s, the introduction of these flavours is intended to expand the occasions for consumption throughout the day, whether as a mid-morning refreshment or an afternoon pick-me-up. The company refers to research indicating that 52% of shoppers are open to trying new and varied chilled products.
Russell Goldman, managing director of Breakthrough Brands at Carlsberg Britvic, commented: “Vietnamese-inspired iced coffee offers a richer, sweeter take on the single-origin Rainforest Alliance coffee that our shoppers know and love, while our new Cookie Butter flavour brings another layer of indulgence to the range.”
The Vietnamese-inspired iced coffee is available in Waitrose, presented in a 250ml can format with a recommended retail price (RRP) of £1.70. The Cookie Butter flavour is available in a 380ml format in Morrisons for £2.75, with a 250ml variant available in Morrisons, Waitrose, Asda, and Sainsbury’s at an RRP of £1.70.
