The energy drinks segment remains a prominent category throughout the rankings, with Monster and Red Bull offering new seasonal variants to cater to changing consumer tastes. Additionally, Highland Spring and SanPellegrino posted strong performances in the water category, although Buxton faced a decline of 9%.

Juice brands also experienced varied results. Innocent Juice rose in the ranks with a 7.7% sales increase, while Tropicana saw a decrease of 6.4%. Notably, Pepsi Cola and Oasis improved their positions following growth in sales, with Pepsi Cola enjoying a 23.1% increase.

The UK soft drinks market overall displayed resilience, with 20 out of the top 25 brands recording value growth. Coca-Cola's marketing efforts were strongly tied to football promotions, including the Premier League campaigns and collaborations with Panini for on-pack promotions. Pepsi Max aligned itself with the England football teams and launched new flavors like Pepsi Max Tropical.

As flavor innovation remains a key growth driver, brands introduced a range of new and exotic flavors, such as Monster's Nitro Blue Flash and Irn-Bru's permanent ice cream flavor addition. Value strategies, including price-marked packs, also played a crucial role in boosting sales, along with targeted marketing campaigns and partnerships.
