Cizzle Brands Seeks US Exchange Listing to Enhance Visibility
Cizzle Brands, known for its product lines including Cwench Hydration sports drinks and protein pastas, has announced its intention to list on a US national securities exchange. The company, led by CEO John Celenza, believes this strategic move will enhance its visibility and provide access to a wider pool of US institutional and retail investors. Cizzle has filed the necessary documentation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through a 'multijurisdictional disclosure system' established between the US and Canada, allowing the company to leverage its existing Canadian regulatory disclosures.
This listing is designed to support Cizzle's presence in the US market, considered the largest sports nutrition market globally. Cizzle has already achieved its 'first major' US retail listing for its Cwench Hydration brand at Target stores, highlighting its growing foothold in the region. Additionally, Cizzle reported record revenue in the third quarter of its 2026 financial year, experiencing a 253% increase year over year, and notably achieving its first quarter of positive adjusted EBITDA.
Earlier this year, Cizzle completed the acquisition of the manufacturing operations of Flow Beverage, rebranding it as Cizzle Brands Manufacturing. As part of the acquisition, Cizzle took over Flow’s plant in Aurora, Ontario, and initiated a rebranding to the Cwench Hydration Factory. The US arm of Anheuser-Busch InBev has become the largest client of this factory following Anheuser-Busch’s acquisition of BeatBox.
Cizzle's shares will continue to trade on Cboe Canada, a senior Canadian stock exchange, while the company awaits the SEC's declaration of the registration statement as 'effective' and approval from the applicable US national securities exchange. In conjunction with these developments, Dominic Scarangella has been appointed to the board of Cizzle Brands, adding to its audit committee.
