Cheribundi has launched two new concentrated shots, the Recovery and Sleep Shots, designed to support both post-exercise recovery and sleep. These shots feature Montmorency tart cherry concentrate and are available online.

Cheribundi has expanded its range of functional beverages with the introduction of two new products. The Recovery and Sleep Shots are the latest additions aimed at providing convenient nutrition solutions for active consumers. These shots use 100% Montmorency tart cherry concentrate, known for its high content of anthocyanins and polyphenols, which are beneficial for recovery.

The Recovery Shot is specifically crafted to support faster recovery and lessen muscle soreness following physical activity. On the other hand, the Sleep Shot includes 320mg of magnesium glycinate, a highly bioavailable magnesium form, to promote deeper, restorative sleep without relying on melatonin.

Each 2oz shot contains the equivalent of over 60 tart cherries, making them suitable for both sports recovery and general wellness purposes. Cheribundi's CEO, Marc Seguin, stated that these products build on the brand's over 20-year history of aiding athletes in natural recovery through tart cherry's benefits.

The company highlighted a surge in consumer interest regarding recovery and sleep within the functional nutrition market. Additionally, a ConsumerLab survey revealed magnesium as a popular supplement choice among Americans, supporting the inclusion of magnesium in the Sleep Shot.

The new products are available in 30-count packs via Cheribundi’s website, Amazon, and FreshDirect. Cheribundi plans to expand retail distribution later in the year, adding the shots to its existing product lineup of juices, concentrates, and gummies.
