ANFAŞ Food Product 2027 Opens Registration for Türkiye's Food, Beverage & Hospitality Trade Fair

Registration is now open for ANFAŞ Food Product 2027, Türkiye's longest-running trade fair for the food, beverage and hospitality industry, taking place at the Anfaş Expo Center in Antalya January 12–15, 2027. The show marks its 33rd edition this year, and organizers say it will be the largest to date, with more than 240 exhibitors representing over 850 brands expected across roughly 40,000 square meters of exhibition space.
“January in Antalya is when Türkiye's entire hospitality and food supply chain comes together under one roof,” said Asel Özgü, International Sales & Marketing at ANFAŞ. “This edition gives international participants direct access to decision-makers from over 18,000 hotels and major retail networks all in a single trip."
Now in its 33rd year, the fair has grown into the leading meeting point for Türkiye's food, beverage and hospitality supply chain, connecting producers, distributors and retail buyers with the decision-makers behind the country's hotels, restaurants and catering operations. This year's edition adds a new Venue & Bar Design section, spotlighting serving equipment, bar concepts and hospitality architecture firms for buyers building out food-service spaces.
“Antalya is a natural commercial hub for the region's HoReCa market, connecting thousands of decision-makers across the hospitality supply chain,” said Özgü. “With the addition of our new Venue & Bar Design section, we are providing a complete 360-degree platform allowing producers, architects and buyers to forge meaningful commercial deals in one place.”
Last year's edition brought in more than 25,000 trade visitors, including over 2,500 from outside Türkiye, and generated more than 1,000 B2B meetings between exhibitors and buyers. Exhibitor satisfaction from the 2026 show was measured at 84 percent.
Organizers point to the scale of the Turkish market as the draw for international brands. Türkiye's food and beverage sector is valued at more than $200 billion, and the country counts more than 18,000 hotels, giving exhibitors direct access to purchasing managers who rarely gather in one place outside the fair.
Exhibitor categories at the 2027 show span the full supply chain: meat and meat products, dairy, seafood, frozen and canned foods, fresh produce, dry goods and spices, bakery, confectionery and ice cream, food additives, non-alcoholic beverages, packaging technology, wholesale food distribution, and food safety and hygiene consultancy.
The show's programming will again include a dedicated B2B Meeting Area, a Retail Center connecting exhibitors directly with purchasing directors from major retail chains, a Hosted Buyer Programme bringing in qualified international buyers, expert panels on food, gastronomy and HoReCa trends, and live gastronomy competitions featuring professional chefs.
